I want to alert the community about Busy Bee Dry Cleaners on Foster Rd, near Powell. They have ruined two of my belongings:
1) a hand-embroidered minister’s stole; and 2) a sequined dress. In both cases, they refused to apologize or even admit their error. They simply said it was not their fault.
What’s worse, when I politely complained, they got very rude–even hostile. They ended by hanging up on me.
Of course I will never go back and I would warn others not to go either.
