TriMet cuts service on bus routes across Portland

TriMet has implemented bus frequency cuts for the winter to help cover a multimillion dollar budget shortfall, the agency announced Monday.

Portland city archives on the move to new home (The Oregonian)

On Monday, the archives closed to the public for six months. By May 1, city officials and a contractor will have moved 30,000 boxes, maps, buttons from Fire Bureau dress uniforms and at least one beer bottle to a sparkling new home of more than 25,000 square feet at Portland State University, right on the trolley line.
