Stimulus funds boost Central City Concerna s clinic plan

Federal Health and Human Services officials announced Wednesday that Portland nonprofit Central City Concern has been awarded $8.9 million in stimulus funds to turn the former Burger King site on Northwest Burnside Street into a new mental health services clinic.
